Here is a picture of our booth we shared with Simply Retrievers in early April at The Maine Sportsman Show in Augusta Maine. The young lad is "Thunder" a two year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever owned by Jane and Ron Peabody and trained/handled by Simply Retrievers. |

CSH 2010 RAFFLE
Chesapeake Safe Harbor is very pleased to once again have a beautiful hand carved working duck decoy to raffle off with proceeds going to the big brown dogs. This year's decoy is a beautiful Green Wing Teal carved by Maine artist Steve Haining which won first place in the carving competition at the 2009 State of Maine Sportsman Show. The first place ribbon and a beautiful hand made carrying case for the carving are included in the raffle.
The raffle will be drawn on September 4th, 2010
Tickets are only $2.00 each or (6) for $10.00

Chesapeake Supported Entry at the Mid-Coast Kennel Club All Breed Show
(4 days) at Union Fairgrounds in Union Maine. Chesapeake Safe Harbor's annual lobster bake & silent auction to follow at Jane and Ron Peabody's Safe Harbor Kennel in Bremen, Maine. Tickets for the lobster bake and more information to follow.

Directions to Chesapeake Safe Harbor
From Route 1 (North or South).... drive to intersection of Route 1 and 32 in Waldoboro
(at foot of big hill, 3 colored traffic light).
Turn onto Route 32 South (towards Bristol, Pemaquid). Drive 4.5 miles; Safe Harbor
will be on the right (113 Waldoboro Road, Bremen). Name & number on mailbox.
